Dentistry provides me the satisfaction of helping people achieve their personal dental goals. I enjoy cosmetic dental work and am motivated to work with my patients, whether it is improving their smile or taking away their pain. I strongly believe in oral health, total health, and the importance in home care education. My attention to detail and patience pushes me to achieve both my patients needs and wants.
Education and Experience
Growing up just outside of Shanghai in mainland China, I moved to Canada to study at the University of Calgary. There I received my Bachelor of Science in Cellular, Molecular and Microbial Biology with distinction in 2010. I then went on and obtained my Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at McGill University in 2015. Since then I have been a practicing general dentist in Calgary as well as a member of both the Canadian Dental Association and the Alberta Dental Association.
Outside the Office
I am an avid latin dancer and spend much of my free time on stage and the dance floor. As a dog lover I like to take my beautiful 90 lbs rescue Luna on adventures to the mountains or to the local dog park. I am fluent in Mandarin.
